Mission, Vision & Approach

 The Mission of KineticArt:

KineticArt’s mission is to provide trauma-informed coaching in support of joyful healing, exploration, and integration through somatic techniques, archery, and transformative art expression. 

KineticArt‘s Vision:

A world where you overcome trauma, embrace your true identity, and lead a life of wholeness, authenticity, and joyful liberation. A world where you can heal identity wounds, release shame, and liberate your body through movement, art and archery.

The KineticArt Approach:

Together, we'll navigate the realms of emotional, mental, physical, sexual and religious trauma, rewriting narratives of unhealthy identity programming, and embracing ourselves with love and acceptance.

Initially, we will talk about what services are right for you.  It could be simple breathwork, and/or movement.  You might opt to try art or archery as a medium for healing and tapping into your strength.  

With coaching, breathwork and movement, we'll work together on learning breathing techniques to help regulate the body, which provides inner space for relief and healing.  We will experience release  (with music curated specifically for/with you) by moving our bodies to let go of pain, stress, trauma responses and triggers, and learn how to heal naturally. 

If the Zen of archery appeals to you, we will employ your newly-learned somatic breathwork & movement practices, and add the art of archery.  You don't have to have background in archery to gain magical healing and power from this dance of breath, air and liberation.

If you enjoyed any kind of art in your life, even as a child, fingerpainting, we will tap into your child-like joy and abandon.  We will release unwanted stress and pain as we somatically use this medium to throw paint to canvas as we dance and move emotions out of our body - -  a representation of simultaneously letting go and creating beauty.  You and your canvas become a work of art.
